Hampton Room

• The Hampton Room is the main space available for rent to Grand Hampton residents.
• It can hold up to 50 people.
• It is available for residents to rent for $200 for a six hour period of time and $250 for the Hampton Room with the overflow option into the Grand Room
• There is also a damage deposit of $500 required to rent the space.
• Events may not extend pass 9:30pm Sunday – Thursday and 11:59pm on Friday/Saturday.
• The room is not available for rent on days of lifestyle events.
• Shoes and shirt are required to enter the clubhouse. No wet clothes are permitted.
